We've put our whole hearts into this home the past several years to make it as home-y and functional as possible. I mean I got four PRIME beer drinking spots here - The garage bar, the basement bar, the patio/bbq oasis, and the less than 2 year old POOL and DECK. The roof, siding, soffit/fascia, gutters, and downspouts are all less than ONE year old too. (Shoutout to that hail storm in September 2023 right?)
